Thanksgiving Special

This chapter is just for thanksgiving and only adds a bit to the regular story line.

-start of special-

It was Thanksgiving Day and Amora had already set up a Table and decorations. She was excited to have everyone over and celebrate a wonderful holiday together.

As Amora started preparations for the thanksgiving night dinner, the boys spent the morning eating a delicious breakfast and talking about thanksgiving plans.

"I can't wait to see Penelope! I miss her alot and cant wait to hear how everything is going!" Reid exclaimed.

"I can't wait for mom's food! She literally makes the best food ever!" Hotcher said as he finished his breakfast.

"You and food, Hotchner. I'm inviting Abbey so I can't wait for mother to meet her!" Reid said,

"Is Abbey pretty?" Hotcher asked.

"Yes but not everything is looks, Hotchner. She is funny, smart and is very kind" Reid replied,

"I bet she is." Hotchner said as he got ready to leave the kitchen.

Amora was very busy in the kitchen. She was working on an excellent Turkey dinner and she even tried her hand at making a very difficult Baked Alaskan.

She actually did make an excellent baked alaska but she put it on the floor afterwords so I dont have a picture.

The table and food was ready, all that was needed was to invite the guests.

Reid called Abbey and Penelope over for the dinner. While Hotchner and Amora worked more on preprations

Reid greeted Abbey who was the first person to arrive.

"Hey, Abbey! Thanks for coming! I'm so glad you could make it!" Reid said excitedly.

"Hey, I couldnt pass up on some wonderful food. You said your mother's food was to die for!" Abbey replied with a big grin.

Amora greeted their other guest, her daughter Penelope.

"I'm so happy you could come over, dear! I miss you a lot and I hope everything is well!" Amora said.

"Everything is good. I got a job in the mixology career and I'm doing good. I miss you guys alot too!" Penelope replied.

All the guests enjoyed listening to some great music!

"He, where is Hotchner?" Amora asked.

"He is making some drinks!" Reid replied.

"So as soon as I leave, I get replaced?" Penelope joked.

"Well, someone had to do it" Reid replied jokingly.

Once everyone was hungry, Amora called everyone to the table to eat.

"Mrs. Telly, This food is absoultly perfect! Its wonderful!" Abbey replied as she stuffed her face.

"Thank you. I want only the best for my family." Amora gushed.

Family? I guess she really likes me. Abbey thought as she began to blush.

"Well, I'm thankful that I can celebrate Thanksgiving with my wonderful and amazing family! I wouldn't have it any other way." Penelope said, interrupting the slience.

"I'm grateful and thankful to have 3 beautiful, smart and talented children. I love you all and I'm thankful to share my food with a special guest as well," Amora said afterwords,

"I'm thankful for my family, my friends and all the books in the world." Reid added.

"Of course, you are thankful for books. Anyways, I'm thankful for family, food, and to be surrounded by lovely ladies!" Hotchner added.

"I'm thankful for being invited to a lovely thanksgiving with a lovely family. I'm glad you guys have accepted me and let me share such a personal time with you guys! Thank you!" Abbey concluded.

The first Telly Family thanksgiving was a huge success!

Chapter 12: A Rite of Passage

"A Rite of Passage" is the name of episode 19 of season 5 of Criminal Minds

They get a new house!! I'm so proud of my best sims 4 building! I will be adding a house tour post after I post this!

Penelope works on the painting that will be the memorialize and honor of her mother.

My mother deserves the best! Penelope thought as she began her painting.

 Speaking of her mother, Amora was painting in the family room. She was excited to create some more masterpieces.

The painting that Penelope made for her mother was breathtaking. Amora was honored and absolutely loved it. She even thought that she saw a face within the painting.

Although she loved her mother and family, she really wanted to live her own life and move out. So she told her mother that she was leaving, Amora was sad but was understanding. 

While Penelope was leaving the house for good, Reid was out a local bar for the night.

Woah. That women is absolutely gorgeous. What should I say to her.. I think she is coming over here.. crap.

As she came and sat down at Reid's table, Reid was very nervous.

"Hello, are you new to this town because I haven't seen you around?" Reid asked nervously

"Yes! I just moved here from Bridgeport. My name is Abbey. What's yours?" Abbey replied smiling.

"My name is Reid. Your hair looks very nice." Reid said nervously.

Why am I acting like a blubbering idiot. Your hair looks nice. That was a stupid, Reid!

"Thanks! It can be so difficult to work with and I dont think it that much. But I'm glad that someone else likes it." Abbey said

Reid was really digging Abbey. He really enjoyed spending time with her. They talked for nearly 2 hours!

So according to Pinstars rules, I added a family from #legacylovers and added a family of YA. Abbey was one of them but I don't know her traits (except from their conversations). I love her though!

As Reid had to leave, he couldn't help but look back on Abbey. She was perfect and beautiful. 

He had a huge crush on her already.

Amora was busy making some more delicious food for the household.

Reid's huge crush on Abbey was pretty clear. He and Abbey talked every night on Simbook.

Reid manages to venture into space when he isn't talking to Abbey on Simbook.

Hotcher finally ventures out of his room and eats some of Amora's delicious food.

"Thanks for the grub mom!" Hotcher yells as he devours the lobster.

Amora is busy painting.

She finally maxes her paitning skill!

And she completes her second aspiration and gives me a point for a Sim reaching 2 of the 3 creative aspirations! BEST. SIM. EVER.

Will Reid and Abbey get together?

If so, will they make adorable babies? (I hope so!)

Will Hotcher continue to be an angsty teenager? (I think so)

Will Penelope come over and visit? (Spoilers: Yes. Yes she does!)

Chapter 11.2: Machismo

Machismo is the name of episode 19 of season 1 of Criminal Minds

Last chapter, it was announced as the heir and Hotchner gain confidence.

Reid spends alot of his time working on his rocket ship. Even when he needs to take a shower.

"I must finish the rocketship so I can finally explore space and all the wonders it holds"

Penelope has spent her time painting a lot so she could paint a painting to honor her lovely mother.

I want to create a masterpiece that will honor and represent my lovely mother. She said as she started to paint more.

Out of all the kids, Reid was closest to his mother. He was a real mommas boy.

"I love you mom. You have always been there for me and I'm extremely grateful!" Reid gushed as he hugged his mother.

"Oh, I love you too my dearest son!" Amora said a bit teary eyed.

This picture is just here to show that Amora has maxed the gourmet cooking skill.

Now Amora has maxed Cooking, Gourmet Cooking, and writing. I hope for her to max painting and to max mixology (for the point earned by a sim maxing cooking, gourmet cooking and mixology)

Reid also enjoys building things on his work bench. 

"I'm gonna make some awesome stuff!" He yelped excitedly.

"Shut up! I'm trying to sleep in here." Hotcher yelled from the other room.

"Sorry." Reid replied.

Amora also got promoted. But since her new LTW is the paitning one. I decide she should retire.

"Hello, I'm Amora Telly and I would like to retire as the creator of worlds." Amora said to her boss.

After her call, Amora was finally a retired writer.

With his mother getting older, Reid knew that he had to keep the legacy going and he needed to find someone to love.

He went to so many places and of course, there were only guys. Just my luck. When I have a female heir (Amora), there are only females in the town. When I have a guy heir (Reid), there are only guys in the town. Always elders though.

At the gym, he meets a women but realizes that she is married. So he goes back into the gym.

Reid begins to talk with a nice young women and became interested into getting to know her.
"Well, I like working out but I really dont like being around a lot of people" Julia (i forget her actual name..) said.

I couldn't handle another loner (Penelope) so I have Reid leave and I hope he finds another lovely lady.

"I met this crazy angry running lady today and she was married!" Reid gossiped.

"Oooh! the drama!" Amora replied.

"Was she hot?" Hotcher asked.

"Hotchner! You are a teenager! A older married women shouldn't be someone you should be interested in" Amora replied shocked.

"Whatever. I'm going to play Grand Theft Auto." Hotcher said with teenage angst.

Reid finally goes on his first space adventure. He doesn't do as well as he hoped.

His failure is my fault because I chose the wrong options. I didn't know which ones were right lol

Amora starts to read some mixology books because she was interested in mixology ever since Penelope made her specialty drinks on her birthday.
